Staying Healthy

1) They say it on every site – but it’s still very true. DRINK WATER!! Lots of it. It’s healthy, it will keep you out of lots of trouble, and it has no calories – so no excuse.


2) Be sure to take vitamins. You’re not getting enough of the nutrients you need from food, so take supplements. They have low, if not any calories – so again, no excuse.
